By purchasing a V-Steam Season Package or any SELFE Wellness product/service, you agree to the following terms:
All services and products are non-refundable.
You are responsible for booking your own sessions and keeping track of expiration dates.
Expiration Schedule:
• 2-Session Package — must be used within 65 days
• 6-Session Package — must be used within 6 months
• 12-Session & 24-Session Packages — must be used within 12 monthsSessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser.
All clients agree to follow SELFE Wellness studio policies and wellness guidelines.
No-shows will result in the loss of that session with no exceptions.
You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any changes outside of this window will count as a missed session.
